World’s Dirtiest Man Dies After Taking First Bath In Decades For not bathing for decades, an Iranian man earned the moniker "dirtiest man in the world." He has since passed away. He was 94. The New York Post, citing state media, reported on Sunday that an elderly man known as "Amou Haji" (not his real name) passed away in the village of Dejgah. Haji had avoided taking a shower due to concerns that she would "get sick," according to the IRNA (Islamic Republic News Agency). However, "villagers had taken him to a bathroom to wash" for the first time a few months ago.
